Now that Hurricane Milton has passed, we may be left with more than just physical debris. Many of us are carrying emotional and energetic debris—stress, pain, anxiety, and fatigue—that has accumulated over the past week. These lingering effects can impact us deeply, often without us even realizing it.
In the spirit of gratitude for making it through this storm, I’m opening a special healing session tomorrow night at 6 PM, specifically designed to help release the discomfort and tension that’s been building up. This session will focus on clearing the stress and restoring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’ve been directly affected or just feeling the collective weight, this is an opportunity to reset, renew, and give thanks for the strength we’ve shown.
