Just can't quiet the mind!

All created things, alive or inanimate, share a common trait, vibration. Yes, we are vibrational beings which are made of atoms that are just vibrating energy. We are more empty space than mass. That’s a pretty wild concept! Yes?

Sound healing dates back thousands of years. It is the simplest way for the body, mind, emotions and spirit to return to a state of balanced wholeness. It can change your energetic frequency from a state of disharmony to a state of resonance. From this place the body then has the ability to heal itself. Sound healing is a gentle way to process our emotions without the spoken word, a way to heal our emotional body of residual “stuff” that we needlessly carry through life. The stuff that keeps us from full expression of our innermost self or expresses itself as physical pain or dis-ease. Concettina uses gongs, crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes, and many more instruments in her sessions. All you have to do is lie back and experience the magic!
