As an intuitive coach, I’ve been focusing on shifting thought patterns, managing emotions—especially those rooted in the past—and navigating stress and anxiety more effectively. With this in mind, I’ve combined all my degrees and certifications to create a new offering: Deena’s Conscious Coaching.

Deena’s Conscious Coaching is a personalized, one-on-one experience designed for those ready to be coached. The only requirement is a willingness to be open and coachable. Together, we will explore and enhance all aspects of your well-being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This isn’t traditional talk therapy centered solely on the past, nor is it a one-size-fits-all coaching model. It’s about feeling, flowing, and finding practical solutions that empower you to leave each session more aligned and at ease.

In life, we often find ourselves at a crossroads of emotions, and it's crucial to remember that we can't occupy two opposing feelings at the same time. You cannot be in fear and love simultaneously, nor can you be angry and happy, balanced and unbalanced, grateful and lacking, or stressed and relaxed.
